1. The service returns statistics derived from public Solana blockchain data. Labels (rug flags, bundle/insider shares, creator reputation, regime, status, risk_label, confidence) are heuristics measured on our own capture; they can be wrong, late or incomplete.
2. Nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
3. Paid requests are sold per request, as-is, without warranty of availability or accuracy; no refunds for empty or thin results (a thin card says coverage=thin and why).
4. Do not resell the raw responses as your own feed.
5. We keep no accounts and collect nothing but request logs (IP, path, timestamp, payer address, payment signature) for abuse control and service statistics.
